As we continued to grow, we set our sights on the sea.  So, in 2008, Petroconsult joined forces with Dutch Dredging company and formed Egypt’s first dedicated private free zone dredging company and our first free zone company within the Petro group.

The company’s main activity is maintenance and capital dredging with a fleet of modern trailing suction hopper dredgers assisted by ploughing vessels, bed levelers and survey boats.

Our achievements are evident in our many accomplishments along the Egyptian coasts. As we’ve started a long-term contract with Egyptian Liquefied Natural Gas (ELNG), that is now in the 12th consecutive year. As well as dredging in container ports like Ain El Sukhna, Damietta and of course the world famous new Suez Canal.
